This was the first visit to a Sport Clips for both my husband me. Morgan is terrific. Overall, I was thrilled with the excellent cut. What an improvement over my experiences with Supercuts. I really loved the 'temple massage' that was part of the shampoo.

I understand that it was a rush hour and sports clip was busy but Claire needs to slow down. And please do not send me a free haircut coupon this time for the complain because I was unable to use the coupon as stated by Claire that I’m not a new customer so I cannot use that coupon. And yes that’s a shame I was send that coupon by you guys because of the previous bad experience.
